By using our website and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

3. Products

We offer the following products:

Original Paintings: Each original painting is unique and limited to one piece.
Prints: High-quality prints of our original paintings are available, limited to a maximum of 95 copies per artwork. Customers can choose from four framing options.
Custom Orders: Custom orders can be requested, but this service is not listed on the website. Please contact us for more details.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
We accept payments via PayPal, which includes options for credit and debit cards.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods: Original paintings are shipped rolled in a tube via courier services like DHL or FedEx from Colombia. Prints are produced and shipped from the nearest location to the customer.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the USA, UK, EU (most countries), and Canada.
Risk of Loss: While we strive to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be held responsible for damages incurred during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue with our shipping partners.

6. Returns and Refunds

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping errors, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you and our shipping company to resolve the issue.
Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued for items that are damaged upon arrival or if there was an error in fulfilling your order. All returns must comply with applicable laws in the countries we sell to.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artworks sold on our site retain copyright ownership by the respective artists and Colombian Art UK. Reproductions for resale are not allowed.
Customers may take pictures of purchased artworks for personal use only; commercial use or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Colombian Art UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Valledupar, Colombia.
